Risiko & Recht is dedicated to analysing legal issues in today’s risk society. It examines developments in a wide range of fields from which security risks arise for private individuals, public order, state institutions and critical infrastructure. Risiko & Recht addresses the broad and ever-changing spectrum of novel risk situations and, through expert contributions, sheds light on the legal challenges of our time.
