MedienPädagogik: Zeitschrift für Theorie und Praxis der Medienbildung is the reference journal for Media Education research (Medienpädagogik) in the German-speaking countries. Founded in 2000 as the first scholarly Open Access journal in the field, it publishes peer-reviewed research on the mediation between people and media in educational contexts – spanning early childhood, schooling, teacher education, higher education, adult learning and professional practice.
